The pros are that the room was really cute, lots of lighting and for the space being compact there were a LOT of available shelves and drawers so that it didn't feel so small. Sometimes, it felt cute how small everything was, especially the coffee/fridge area. Having ACTUAL hand soap and not the joke of a bar soap to wash your hands was great.

Location was really good for our needs of exploring the city. You can get to pikes place public market, the needle, the waterfront, ferry, etc. all within reasonable time (even walking). We had requested slippers for our stay beforehand and they had them laid out for us as requested. Was a nice touch! The water pressure at the hotel is amazing.

What's not to like? Location, customer service, room, wifi, etc. There was nothing wrong with this hotel. Especially the staff, they were on point in looking after the customer. Waking distance to main tourist sights. Shopping, restaurants, coffee, etc. all there.

I loved the location of this hotel. The Dahlia Bakery right across the street was excellent for breakfast. The room was spacious and well maintained. The decor and lighting were modern and comfortable. The lobby staff and doormen were always helpful.
